I need these clothes for 2 job Holiday parties coming up and a WWE show I'm going to later this month and a Holiday lighting display in the city too. I feel robbed and stupid now cause I should have ordered rush or 2 day delivery with extra money so I can have a more concrete claim to file and escalate it faster. ![]() I wish I would have put this on paypal like I usually did with all my FN orders so I could open a dispute and not have to immediately pay this. I can't believe a retailer can be this unscrupulous and sneaky like this stealing everyone's money! I was charged on my card and I refuse to pay for this. Tomorrow never came and I'm still waiting yet bizarrely, there is absolutely no update from either Fashion Nova or Lasership. The text updates I signed up for via the Lashership (more like lasershit tracking site) texted me saying it would arrive and be delivered Tomorrow. It went from "arriving soon" on the green bar meter back to shipped. Waited all day at my door and it didn't come then Fashion N quickly changed the status to "TBD". I was told it would arrive by Dec.1st then Dec.4th. It was a jump straight to "your order is on the way". As a matter of fact, it was not even a confirmation e-mail nor was it an overview. I did NOT receive a confirmation e-mail from them until the next day, mid-day on Nov.26. If I don't get the order I'll make sure I won't pay for this. If I end up getting my stuff by the end of Dec or Jan then as much as I'll be pissed, It'll be free stuff for me either way and the last time I'll deal with FN. If you have a heavy habit of purchasing successfully from them then just go the dispute route and tell your card company that you never received your things. This is my best advice to everyone, especially if you never / rarely buy anything from fashion nova on the method of payment you used for your lost order. The card I ordered it on is kinda damaged physically so I usually just use it for online purchases since the chip never works, so I need a replacement anyways. like I said before, I'm def going to just go to my credit card portal / call them and say I don't recognize the charge and have the card cancelled to get a whole new one. I've got a feeling FN will NOT give you or any of us the money back and hit us with the "we don't offer refunds when it leaves our facility" b.s. If you don't get your stuff by the 20th, do everything to not pay for this. For all of this I would have just bought normal clothing from a regular retailer and call it day. I feel like a fool for being a long time customer of such a non-mainstream silly brand. A part of me wants to test it and do that, like order rush shipping on something and see if it comes by the 17th, but I don't have the time nor patience anymore. I feel robbed and experienced the worst customer service. I was trying to not be a Karen but that was $80 wasted! Now I don’t know what to do. Why give me an e-gift card to use when it possibly won’t be able to be shipped to my region? They said I could use this card to make a replacement order or order later on when I feel like it. They said that there was nothing they could do as once it is shipped they have no control over what happened to it (which is interesting).They could not give me a refund and suggested giving me an e-gift card. When I contacted them, they said that it was unable to be sent and it would be returning to Fashion Nova. One day I tracked my package and it said it was delivered but not at my address. I didn’t pay any extra shipping and I live in the Pacific region so I was expecting the shipping to take a while. I ordered from Fashion Nova around November 10-17 and it is now December 6. ![]()
